HB 13 (BR 148) - L. Napier

     AN ACT relating to firearms and ammunition for firearms.
     Amend KRS 411.155 relating to firearm lawsuits, to declare that the lawful manufacture of firearms and ammunition is not unreasonably dangerous or a nuisance; create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to specify that only the state, not a local government, can sue firearms or ammunition manufacturers.
