     AN ACT relating to motor vehicle usage tax.
     Amend KRS 138.450, relating to definitions governing motor vehicle usage tax, to define a sibling to mean a full-blooded brother or sister, a half-blooded brother or sister, a stepbrother or stepsister, or an adopted brother or sister; amend KRS 138.470, relating to exemptions from motor vehicle usage tax, to exempt transfers of motor vehicles between siblings; apply these changes to motor vehicles transferred on or after August 1, 2000.
