HB 323/AA (BR 1490) - B. Heleringer

     AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.552 to allow an employee participating in a state-administered retirement system in a hazardous duty position to buy hazardous time with an urban-county government, by paying the full cost, if the member is not eligible for any other retirement benefit for the same service.
