HB 351 (BR 189) - A. Arnold

     AN ACT relating to driving under the influence.
     Amend KRS 189A.070 to make clear that a person convicted of DUI does not get his driver's license back until the later of a set period of time or until completion of an alcohol or drug abuse education or treatment program.
