HB 493/CI (BR 1666) - B. Crall, M. Treesh, J. Gooch

     AN ACT relating to driving under the influence.
     Amend KRS 189A.010 to lower the blood alcohol level which triggers second and third offense DUI; require a person, with a blood alcohol level of 0.18 or higher, convicted of a second offense DUI, to serve at least 30 days in the county jail; amend KRS 189A.070, 189A.200, and 189A.240 to conform.
