AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 136 to provide definitions; amend KRS 136.070, 136.071, 136.090, and 136.100 to extend the current license tax provisions to limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships; create a new section of KRS Chapter 138 to make responsible persons of a business entity personally responsible for payment of gasoline tax; amend KRS 139.185 to extend officer liability to members of limited liability companies; amend KRS 141.340 to limit officer liability to an officer in authority; make members of limited liability companies similarly liable.
