     AN ACT relating to railroad fences.
     Amend KRS 256.110 to allow owners of land adjoining railroads the option of furnishing the materials or providing the labor for division line fencing; amend KRS 256.160 to conform; amend KRS 256.990 to provide penalty for violation.
