AN ACT relating to Medicaid.
     Amend KRS 205.6312 to require premiums and copayments for any expansion to Medicaid to noninstitutionalized adults with incomes greater than one hundred percent (100%) of the federal poverty level; amend KRS 205.6485 to establish premiums and copayments for the children's health insurance or health coverage program, limit cost-sharing maximum, require the Cabinet for Health Services to establish a non-Medicaid health insurance or health coverage for children with incomes between one hundred thirty-four percent (134%) to two hundred percent (200%) of the federal poverty level, and exempt infant up to age one from cost-sharing; and create a new section of KRS 205.510 to 205.645 to extend transitional Medicaid for two (2) years.
