HB 652 (BR 1277) - T. Kerr

     AN ACT relating to hunting.
     Amend KRS 150.170 to provide specific conditions under which a nonresident is exempt from the requirement to obtain a hunting license, so that the nonresident may hunt on farmlands of which he or she is the bona fide owner.
