HB 659 (BR 2077) - I. Branham, P. Childers

AN ACT relating to retirement, making an appropriation therefor, and declaring an emergency.
Create new sections in KRS Chapter 205 to establish a coal miners retirement fund and program, designate 10% of coal severance tax to fund, define who is eligible, and determine amount of payment; appropriate moneys transferred into the fund and provide that the fund shall not lapse; EMERGENCY.
