HB 723 (BR 1862) - A. Arnold, P. Worthington

     AN ACT relating to life insurance for state employees.
     Amend KRS 18A.205 to include permanently and totally disabled volunteer firefighters, injured in line of duty, within the definition of "state employee" for purposes of participating in the Kentucky State Employee Life Insurance Program.
