AN ACT proposing an amendment to Sections 36 and 42 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to legislative sessions.
     Propose an amendment to Section 36 of the Constitution of Kentucky to provide for a 5 day organizational session of General Assembly, and require that the General Assembly convene on the first Tuesday in February in odd-numbered years for a twenty-five day interim session; propose an amendment to Section 42 of the Constitution of Kentucky to require that an interim session adjourn no later than March 30 of an odd-numbered year; and propose language for ballot question.
