HB 731 (BR 2300) - J. Haydon

     AN ACT relating to the adjutant general.
     Remove as a qualification for appointment by the Governor as the Kentucky Adjutant General, having at least (10) years commissioned service in the Kentucky National Guard, and not separated from the National Guard service for more than (5) five years.
