HB 860 (BR 2466) - H. Anderson

     AN ACT relating to gubernatorial campaign finance.
     Amend KRS 121A.050 to provide that no political party shall accept contributions within the last 28 days preceding the gubernatorial primary or general election, and 14 days preceding the gubernatorial runoff primary.
