HB 970 (BR 2726) - R. Palumbo

     AN ACT relating to school-based decision making.
     Amend KRS 160.345 to allow a parent representative on the school-based decision making council to work part-time in the school or district or be a relative of an employee who works part-time; delete Kentucky residency requirement for members.
