AN ACT relating to psychologists.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 319 to allow that before January 1, 2001, persons currently authorized as psychological associates with 5 years of supervised practice to be granted the title, "licensed psychological practitioner" and to practice without supervision; create a new section of KRS Chapter 319 to be effective January 1, 2001 for licensing requirements for licensed psychological practitioners and psychological associates; amend KRS 319.056 to allow persons authorized as certified psychologists and practicing without autonomy with 5 years of supervised practice to be granted the title "licensed psychological practitioner" and to practice without supervision; repeal KRS 319.064 effective January 1, 2001.
