SB 142/LM (BR 1709) - B. Jackson, R. Sanders Jr, V. Moore

     AN ACT relating to jailers.
     Amend KRS 64.5275 to provide that jailers who become the operators of full service jails because of completion of construction on a jail shall immediately receive the compensation for a full service jailer as established in the salary schedule under subsection (3) of KRS 64.5275.
