SB 146 (BR 1710) - R. Sanders Jr

     AN ACT relating to vehicle tires.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189 to require vehicles with iron, steel, or wooden tires be equipped with rubberized strips if used on a highway; amend KRS 189.990 to set penalty for violation at $20-$100.
