SB 200/LM (BR 1842) - E. Scorsone

     AN ACT relating to retirees in urban-counties.
     Amend KRS 67A.690 to require that pension boards in urban-counties increase fire and police retiree allowances by 2% less than the annualized rate of return on investments not to exceed 5% or to be below 2%.
