SB 219 (BR 1743) - G. Freeman

     AN ACT relating to income tax.
     Amend KRS 141.010 to permit any amount paid during the taxable year for automobile liability insurance to be excluded from income tax; apply this exclusion to taxable years beginning after December 31, 1999.
