SB 268 (BR 1866) - G. Neal

     AN ACT promoting the use of goods and services provided by Kentucky's minority, women, or agricultural communities in Kentucky's horse racing industry.
     Create new sections in KRS Chapter 230 to promote the use of goods and services provided by minority and women owned business enterprises in Kentucky's horse racing industry and require the Racing Commission to study and make recommendations on goals for the use of Kentucky agricultural products within the equine industry.
