SB 307 (BR 2403) - L. Casebier

AN ACT relating to funeral establishments.
Amend KRS 316.125 to require a funeral establishment or an agent or representative of a funeral establishment to include the names of all owners of the funeral establishment in any stationery, publications, or business cards used to solicit business or advertise the establishment's services.
