AN ACT relating to highway signage.
Amend KRS 177.073 to specify that enrollment figures for colleges, universities, or institutions may be used as an evaluative criteria for applications concerning directional signs and notices; require reimbursement for signs erected for colleges, universities, or institutions that fail to meet enrollment criteria.
