SB 391 (BR 1018) - W. Blevins

     AN ACT relating to unsolicited commercial electronic mail.
     Create a new section of KRS 367.46951 to 367.46999 to define "unsolicited commercial electronic mail"; direct that KRS 367.46951 to 367.46999 applies to unsolicited commercial electronic mail to the same extent that it applies to telephone solicitation; make certain exceptions.
