SB 401 (BR 1130) - K. Stine

     AN ACT relating to boards and commissions.
     Amend KRS 12.070 to require that representation on state boards and commissions shall reflect geographical distribution, using Area Development Districts or other established geographical regions; amend KRS 164.004 to conform.
