SB 403 (BR 1455) - K. Stine

     AN ACT relating to highway projects.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 176, relating to the Department of Highways, to require all highway contracts to assess liquidated damages if the project is not finished within the time period established in the contract; establish how liquidated damages are to be assessed and distributed.
