SB 6 (BR 132) - E. Scorsone

     AN ACT relating to the provision of health services to the medically indigent.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to require Medicaid managed care programs to provide cost-based reimbursement to public health departments providing primary care services to persons eligible for medical assistance.
