SB 80/FN (BR 273) - L. Casebier

     AN ACT relating to a tax refund designation for Kentucky Educational Television.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to provide an income tax refund designation for Kentucky Educational Television.

SB 80 - AMENDMENTS


     SCA (1, L. Casebier) - Retain the provisions of SB 80, but specify that tax refund contributions designated for Kentucky Educational Television shall be a state match to the Lucille Little fund.
