SB 93/FN (BR 1369) - R. Sanders Jr

     AN ACT relating to marriage license fees.
     Amend KRS 209.160 and KRS 64.012 to increase the marriage license fee from $24 to $34 and to increase the amount of the fee devoted to supporting spouse abuse shelters from $10 to $20.
