Make a one time appropriation of $312,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year FY 2000-2001, in honor of the Kentuckians who served during World War II; forward appropriated funds to the World War II Memorial Fund which was established to finance the construction of a World War II Memorial in Washington D.C.

SFA (1, E. Tori) - Retain original provisions except, delete "appropriated from the General Fund" and insert the recommendation for the inclusion into the Executive Branch Budget Bill; delete reference to General Fund.
