AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 237 to define "simulated destructive device;" direct that criminal possession of a destructive device, simulated destructive device, or booby trap device is a Class C felony; direct that criminal possession of a destructive device, simulated destructive device, or booby trap device for the purpose of accomplishing any criminal act is a Class B felony.
