AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 527 to prohibit the use of a firearm during the commission of a felony as a Class D felony for the first offense and a Class C felony for each subsequent offense; provide for no probation or parole for persons convicted of this offense;amend KRS 533.060 relating to prohibiting probation if a firearm is used during the commission of an offense to prohibit parole as well.
