AN ACT relating to property.
     Amend KRS 67.594 relating to seized and forfeited property to reorder the entities entitled to proceeds from the sale of such property; amend KRS 218A.240 to remove the provision re-allocating the Commonwealth's attorney's share of proceeds from the sale of forfeited items where the Commonwealth's attorney does not participate in the case; amend KRS 218A.435 to redistribute the proceeds realized from the sale of forfeited property; amend KRS 500.090 to reorder the entities entitled to proceeds from the sale of property forfeited under the penal code.
