AN ACT relating to mechanics' liens.
Amend KRS 376.250 to provide for written notice to be forwarded to a lien holder of a contractor's contest of the lien claim on a public project; create a new section of KRS Chapter 376.195 to 376.260 to allow liens on public projects to be bonded off in the same manner as liens on private projects.
