     AN ACT related to Medicaid reimbursement for dentists and making an appropriation therefor.
     Amend KRS 205.621 to require dentists participating in the Medicaid program or a Medicaid managed care partnership to be reimbursed at or equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the seventy-fifth percentile of fees paid within the East South Central region of the United States based on the most recent survey of dental fees completed by the American Dental Association; require a biennial review and adjustment of rates; and appropriate forty million dollars ($40,000,000) per each year of the biennium for dental services for Medicaid recipients.

HB 267 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS/FN - Amend to provide that dentists participating in the Medicaid program shall be reimbursed at t rate equal to or greater than 100% of the seventy-fifth percentile of fees paid to all dentists in the East South Central region.
