AN ACT relating to motor vehicle usage tax.
     Amend KRS 138.450, relating to definitions governing motor vehicle usage tax, to define "religious institution"; amend KRS 138.470, relating to exemptions from motor vehicle usage tax, to exempt vehicles owned by a religious institution from paying usage tax; make change to KRS 138.470 apply to vehicles bought or leased by a religious institution on or after August 1, 2000.
