HB 399 (BR 1421) - J. Callahan, J. Vincent

     AN ACT relating to free postsecondary tuition for disabled law enforcement officers, firefighters, and volunteer firefighters.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to provide free tuition at state-supported universities, community colleges, or vocational training institutions to law enforcement officers, firefighters, or volunteer firefighters permanently and totally disabled while in active service or in training for active service.
