AN ACT relating to free postsecondary tuition for disabled law enforcement officers, firefighters, and volunteer firefighters.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to provide free tuition at state-supported universities, community colleges, or vocational training institutions to law enforcement officers, firefighters, or volunteer firefighters permanently and totally disabled while in active service or in training for active service.

Rasche) - Provide supplemental grant for tuition and fees at postsecondary education institutions for permanently disabled police officers, firefighters, and volunteer firefighters who apply and meet the eligibility requirements for vocational rehabilitation services provided in KRS Chapter 151B.
