AN ACT relating to trusts and estates.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 387 to set out estate planning powers of guardians and conservators; Amend KRS 391.010 to change the order of descent of intestate property where surviving spouse is involved; and amend 391.140 to allow pre-death property transfers in intestacy situations to be treated as advancements only where a writing evidences an intention on the part of the decedent to have done so.
