AN ACT relating to investment of funds by the State Investment Commission.
     Create a new section of KRS 42.500 to 42.555 to provide that funds available for investment in time deposits by the State Investment Commission must be offered first to qualified Kentucky depositories; provide for investment of funds that remain uninvested after being offered to Kentucky depositories.
