AN ACT relating to economic development.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 154 to add specific reporting requirements for Kentucky companies when applying for economic development assistance from the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority, to require annual progress reports from eligible companies, and to make reported information open to Kentucky open records law; amend KRS 154.22-040 to require minimum requirements be met before the authority approves an application for economic development assistance; amend KRS 154.24-100 to require minimum requirements be met before the authority approves an application for economic development assistance; amend KRS 154.26-080 to require minimum requirements be met before the authority approves an application for economic development assistance; amend KRS 154.28-080 to require minimum requirements be met before the authority approves an application for economic development assistance; amend KRS 154.22-050 to conform.
