AN ACT relating to property tax.
     Amend KRS 132.020 to reduce the state property tax rate on motor vehicles to $0.02 per $100 of value for assessments made on or after January 1, 2001; amend KRS 134.805 to increase the commission retained by county clerks for state property taxes collected on motor vehicles on or after January 1, 2001.
