AN ACT relating to remittance of tax.
Amend KRS 131.155 to require use of the debit method for electronic funds transfers (EFT) used to pay taxes to the Commonwealth, and require the use of EFT if the average payment is $10,000 or more, if the payment is on behalf of 100 or more other taxpayers, or if the aggregated funds to be remitted for other taxpayers is $10,000 or more.
