AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Law Enforcement Foundation Program.
     Amend KRS 15.420 and 15.440 to include jailers who have completed the training described in KRS 147A.025 and 441.115 and their deputies who have completed the training prescribed in KRS 441.115 within the Kentucky Law Enforcement Foundation Program Fund; amend KRS 15.460 to coordinate the payments to the jailers in accordance with the constitutional maximum salary allowed.
