AN ACT relating to private property.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 433 to define the term "vehicle", to prohibit the use of vehicles to damage private property without the consent of the property owner, to establish fines and jail terms for violation, and to provide for seizure and sale of vehicles used in offense to reimburse property owners.
