AN ACT relating to motor vehicles left on state highways.
     Amend KRS 189.753 to require that any unattended vehicle or attended disabled vehicle on the shoulder of an interstate highway or parkway be moved immediately; amend KRS 189.450 and KRS 189.752 to conform.
