AN ACT relating to the levy of a transient room tax by urban-county governments.
Amend KRS 153.450 to increase the transient room tax to two percent (2%), to allow the proceeds of the transient room tax to defray operating expenses of the Lexington Center Corporation and delete the sunset provisions of the transient room tax.
