AN ACT relating to agriculture.
Amend KRS 246.010 to define "agriculture", "horticulture", "aquaculture", "livestock", and "poultry".
HB 665 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, M. Cherry) - Amends the definition of agriculture by adding "bees and bee products" to definition.
SFA (1, D. Kelly) - Attach the provisions of HB 940 except: delete references to general and individual permits; delete prohibition of cabinet imposing requirements not described in the Act; provide for Agriculture Water Quality Authority to advise the cabinet on the regulatory determination of siting and setback criteria; make technical corrections.
