AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 434 to establish the offenses of obtaining rental property by fraud, renting or leasing with intent to defraud, and failure to redeliver rented property worth $300 or more, and to provide evidence of intent with regard thereto; as a Class D felony.
