AN ACT relating to child support recovery
     Create a new section of KRS 205.710 to 205.800 to permit certain county attorneys to appoint child support enforcement officers to assist in the execution or service of all forms of legal process relating to the establishment, enforcement, and collection of child support; permit deputy constables to serve as child support enforcement officers.
