AN ACT relating to public safety.
     Create KRS Chapter 202C to provide for the involuntary civil commitment of sexually violent predators as well as the termination of the involuntary civil commitment; amend KRS 504.110, 504.120, 17.550, 17.552, 17.554, 17.558, 17.564, 17.566, 17.574, and 17.576 to conform.
